Has anyone else had this problem?
I can log in and out and back in again from the iPhone app.
But, if I try to log in from the website, I’m encountering a “security notice” that there may have been “suspicious activity” on my account and that I need to change my password.
It then takes me to the “reset password” page, but I’m not getting the email (yes, I’m checking my spam/held/trash folders).
I’ve emptied my cache, run virus and malware scans, and don’t know what to do.
